Your 2025 W2 tax form will be available to you on the DecisionHR app the week of January 19th, 2026. A paper form will be postmarked by January 31st, 2026 and will be mailed to your home address on record.

Your W2 will be located in the “Me” section. Click to the Me section and locate the tab for W-2 Form.
