Q: What do I do if I have not received an invitation to register for the Employee Portal?

A: Please call 888.828.5511 or email clientservices@decisionhr.com to receive your registration link.

Q: What do I do if I forgot my employee portal password?

A: Please select the Forgot Password button below the Log In button.  You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password.

Q: What do I do if I forgot my username?

A: Please call 888.828.5511 or email clientservices@decisionhr.com and we will assist you in retrieving it and resetting your password.

Q: I am stuck in the onboarding process, what do I do?

A: Depending on your onboarding configuration, please follow the instructions shown here.  If issues persist, please contact our Client Experience team at 888.828.5511 or email clientservices@decisionhr.com.

Q: I am only seeing information from my previous employer in the employee portal, what do I do?

A: To switch employer profile, please click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the page, this allows you to seamlessly switch between employer profiles.

Q: Why is DecisionHR asking for personal information?

A: DecisionHR requires several pieces of information from employees before we can send documents, conduct password resets, or provide any sensitive information.  This helps us confirm your identity and acts as a security measure to protect you from fraud and scams.  After you have confirmed your identity with our Client Experience Team, none of the information is saved and is disposed of immediately.
