2023 Form W-2, Wage and Tax Statements are now available.  We are pleased to inform you that DecisionHR will be mailing your 2023 Form W-2, Wage and Tax Statement, to your address of record before January 31, 2024.

We recommend accessing your DHR Employee Portal to obtain your Form W-2. In case you require assistance with accessing the employee portal, please reach out to your employer or contact DecisionHR at clientservices@decisionhr.com.

It’s important to note that the Form W-2, Wage and Tax Statements will be mailed to all employees, regardless of their current employment status (active, inactive, or terminated), provided they had 2023 wages processed by DecisionHR.

If, for any reason, your Form W-2 is mailed to an incorrect address, we kindly ask you to contact SOLV via their website or phone at (800) 668-9946. When doing so, please be sure to provide DecisionHR’s company code, which is IW0776 (I as a letter, W as a letter, and 0776 as numbers). Please be aware that a fee will apply to update your address and have a new form mailed to the correct address.
