With everyone facing disruption and uncertainty as a result of COVID-19, we wanted to reach out to our clients and partners with an update. DecisionHR has been working diligently for the past several weeks to ensure we are in a position to continue providing you with the same best-in-class customer service we pride ourselves in delivering and that you have come to expect.

Our primary focus is the health, safety, and well-being of our clients, colleagues, and communities. Effective March 17th, we implemented a work from home policy to protect our colleagues amid the increasing concerns over COVID-19. While this situation is new to all of us, our business continuity plans and remote work capabilities are tried and tested, which puts us in a position of strength and resilience to continue supporting you and your business.

Additionally, to make sure we are doing all we can to help you and your employees, we are offering FREE telemedicine services through MDLIVE to all our clients, employees, and their family members. This program will start on April 1st and last 90 days. This is an unprecedented time, so DecisionHR is taking an unprecedented measure that will allow all your employees, and their immediate family members in the household, access to a board-certified doctor, as many times as they need, at zero cost during this period. There will be no obligation to continue coverage after the 90 days has expired. To enroll your company and all your employees, please send an email to DHR.TELEMEDICINE@DECISIONHR.COM, with the name of your company and your client number(s), and we will take care of the rest! If you have any questions, please feel free to check out the FAQ page.

We also have resources available to you as you begin drafting your own response plan to COVID-19. Please keep us informed on how we can help in finalizing those plans. We will work together to create innovative and collaborative solutions to meet your needs.

The future of U.S. small businesses remains critical, and DecisionHR is here to help. We will continue to provide you with regular updates on how any new regulations out of Washington, including the March 18th signed relief package, will impact your business. Please take the time to view information on the Families First Coronavirus Response Act and what is it required of certain employers to stay compliant. We are also bypassing many of our processes and fees to ensure you have greater flexibility in managing your business, including the peace of mind of maintaining constant workers’ compensation coverage.

We are all in this together, and we will do everything possible to assist you through this difficult time.  We hope you and your employees stay healthy and safe.
