Access your 2024 IRS Form W-2 quickly and securely through DecisionHR’s Employee App.

If you haven’t signed up for the DecisionHR Employee App yet, visit https://employee.dhrlive.com/Account/Login using any web browser to register for your account. Once your account is created, you can download the app in your app store:

Your W2 will be located in the “Me” section. Click to the Me section and locate the tab for W-2 Form.

For those who prefer a paper form, your W-2 will be postmarked by January 31, 2025, and mailed to the home address DecisionHR has on file for you.
